Blue Fedora was jerked awake when the train screeched into the station. “We are now at the Canterlot train station.” The conductor said. Blue Fedora grabbed his bags and stepped off the train, happy to be back in his ہوم city. He made his way to his house, a nice, cozy apartment. It seemed so different from just spending a week with Aqua Marine in Ponyville. He turned on the lights, and lit the fireplace. He sat his bags down and sat down on the couch, and stared into the fire. He hated being around new faces in Ponyville, but even though he knew مزید ponies here than he did there, he wasn’t really glad to see them again. He sighed, remembering the days of his colthood, when everypony made fun of him when he got his cutie mark, instead of being jealous like they were when the other colts and fillies got their cutie marks. He sighed. “Oh well, the past is the past.” He کہا to himself. He waited another گھنٹہ for the fireplace to warm up the house, and then put the آگ کے, آگ out and headed to bed.
Blue Fedora woke up the اگلے morning feeling depressed, as usual. “Well…” he کہا to himself, yet again, while tapping his hoof on the table. “Maybe I should get back to work.” He grabbed his supplies and headed to his workshop, which was about only three blocks away from his home. He trotted down the سٹریٹ, گلی in the crisp, cold morning air. He turned the corner where his hat دکان was. He unlocked the door and entered. It was cold. Very cold. He lit the دیوار lamp, shivering, and sat behind his desk, waiting for customers.
About a half گھنٹہ later, the دکان had heated up and he had started to doze off. He was nearly asleep, but he heard the door slam open and the گھنٹی, بیل rang. He opened his eyes, and saw a turquoise unicorn with a spikey مالٹا, نارنگی mane and red eyes. “Hello. What do آپ need today?” he cheerily asked. “Do آپ have any camouflage fireproof hats سے طرف کی any chance?” she said, browsing through the hats. “Uh… no… but I could try to make آپ one.” Blue Fedora said. The fiery maned mare looked sharply at him. “Look, pal. The dragons aren’t flying سے طرف کی every day, آپ know. At this time of the year, they're migrating back to their ہوم lands, so, I’ll need a hat.” Blue Fedora blinked at her. “Well, I’m terribly sorry miss, um; miss…” she fixed her red eyes on him. “Dragon Spout.” She sighed. “Looks like I’m gonna get my head burned off.” Blue Fedora narrowed his eyes. “I could find a fireproof spell…” he thought out loud. “Great! Then it’s settled! We’re going to ask any- and every- ٹٹو that might know of a spell!” Dragon Spout enthusiastically said. “We meet up tomorrow at dawn, سے طرف کی this shop.” She instructed. “Umm… okay, then?” he somewhat agreed. Dragon Spout left the shop, slamming the door on the way out. “Hmm… dragons, eh?” Blue Fedora said, self-consciously ruffling up his light گلابی mane. He smiled. “She’s one of a kind.”
