Tim: Those two ponies who escaped from us are wanted for stealing weapons.
Julia: What kind of weapons?
Tim: Don't ask.
Captain Jefferson: Mostly military weapons. Blue Fedora is a unicorn, so he uses teleportation spells to get him, and his partner in, and out of the base as quickly as possible. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now. If آپ can, stun Blue Fedora so he can't use his magic. That's all I got, get back on the roads.
