it didn't help that she found the ring...i think in a weird way it was easier to propose to her than it was to say oh by the way i never gave you that ring cuz its not for you it was for peyton, plus he didn't want her to leave

he wouldnt of proposed if lindsey hadnt of found the ring! its obvious he loves peyton, he had just kissed her and i think he felt guilty about it. personally i think he should of let lindsey go :)
