I don't know. I hope I would get it right, but probably I wouldn't.

Like Gwiazdeczka said differnt voices. But also Hikaru always starts talking before Karou. Plus Hikaru acts more like a Seme than Karou.

They definitely have different voices and the vibes they give off are different too! Didn't notice about Hikaru being the one who talks first but i say Hikaru are more aggressive

I don't know, sure they have different characters... but in the game they're speaking on the same time, and they have their hair cuts the same...

Yay for BeB, that's right where I am. Hikaru always starts talking first, likes to stand a little further in front, and is usually standing on Kaoru's left. The only time I've ever gotten it wrong was on one of the questions in here...when they asked which one is Hikaru and said left or right. They never explained your left or right, so I was trying to put myself in the picture as one of the twins...left or right twin...made me mad.

If they talk at the same time, like kwispelkiss says, it will make it a bit more difficult, but Hikaru always likes to be in the front. He likes to be the center of attention, even if he's not talking. Look at it in the manga and in the anime...he does it. It's kind of funny, but most twins actually do that.

Like with Mary Kate and Ashley Olson, Mary Kate was always the one who was trying to stand out and be the most attention grabbing. It was why Mary Kate decided to check herself into rehab, because they were losing attention...She had to put herself back on the tabloids. Ashley was glad to quietly sit on the sidelines and do nothing, or do basically nothing when it came to their acting.

If there was a choice of "maybe" then i guess yeah but it's kind of hard to tell the difference i can only tell which one is hikaru is when he acts braty/cute and maybe his hairstyle i guess because i think hikaru usually parts his hair to the left and kaoru is to the right i think

their haircuts are not the same. the splits are on opposite sides. that's how i figure out who is who. I <HEART3 HIKARU~~~
