Normally, night time is the best time to talk to Peter. Most adults are indoors at night so you'll have a better chance of talking to him then. But sometimes on rare occasions آپ might see him during the day. It depends where آپ are and who is with you. And for him to get comfortable around you, I'm not sure. I've seen him a few times, but i don't see him much anymore, so he may still not be comfortable. I would guess maybe a little over a month. And you'll know, you'll see مزید signs. Hope this helps! <3
