Achey muscles?

So, last night I had a sleepover with my friends, and I went to sleep pretty easily, but I woke up the اگلے morning like I hadn't slept at all. My head hurt as I was dehydrated (because of too much play without fresh water) and my muscles were really sore and I could barely walk. I also have a ton of inexplicable bug bites. Did this mean I went to Never Land?
