Piper Halliwell is a fictional character from The WB ویژن ٹیلی series Charmed, portrayed سے طرف کی ہولی Marie Combs. In 2007, AOL named her the 3rd greatest witch in ویژن ٹیلی history, behind Samantha Stevens and Willow Rosenberg.
