Hmm..I think it depends on what moves they have because each of them have the potential to come away with the win also I think it depends the level as well because leveling does play a big part in battles even though if equipped with right moves the lower level can possibly beat a higher level Pokemon anyway I think Kairyu/Dragonite would win.
