random question: is my nintendog pregnaut?

ok,im trying to breed my german shepards(and YES,its possible) and i think lohla(my female) is pregnaut! cause last night her and mark(my male) cuddled for 5 min. 3 times! it was so cute! and when i brushed her i saw a lump یا something on her belly! is she pregnaut? (for nintendog players only!) btw the game is dalmatian and friends
