This is Rocky's inspirational speech to his son Robert Balboa Jr in the movie 'Rocky Balboa'

"Let me tell آپ something آپ already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough آپ are it will beat آپ to your knees and keep آپ there permanently if آپ let it. You, me, یا nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard آپ can get it and keep moving forward. How much آپ can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done!
Now if آپ know what you’re worth then go out and get what you’re worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying آپ ain’t where آپ wanna be because of him, یا her, یا anybody! Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!"
