Harvey's already pretty clueless about Sabrina's liking him. He's kind if clueless in general, in his own little world. He knows he likes Pi, too. They're closest of any two on the show. Not hard to make the jump to slashville there.

Fighting urge to draw them making out lol. I think they DO love eachother just Harvey is DereDere and Pi is TsunTsun together they're two halves of a whole Tsundere :)
