Chapter III
A friend is a friend even if you’re differences are great
The samurai’s name was Daiki and he has no surname because he severed all ties to his family when he thought that they where a disgrace to his personal honor and from there on he did nothing but travel and sharpen his skills at swordsmanship. Other than the samurai part he isn’t much like me, he has an interest in the western nations and even has a western concealed knife, as for me I hate the west and live only for Japan and I have a Japanese sword. He also was once the son of a rich samurai and I’m the son of a samurai poorer than most farmers. Oh and Daiki even has a western sword at his house that he brings into real battle, it’s called a broad sword I think. Speaking of his house we are there now in the city of Nagoya and its night and he keeps bothering me with how great he thinks the west is. Sakura is interested in the west but I’m not, Sakura was allowed to take the sword out and سوئنگ, جھول it around. I can only think that Sakura might have fallen in love with him but that may just be me.
The سیکنڈ دن of the trip we wake at Daiki’s house in Nagoya and ready to depart early in the morning. Daiki had a western drawn map of Japan with the cities marked for the trip and all of the towns big and small that we will spend the night in. we estimate the trip will take 8 to 9 days on foot.
دن 2 we set off with our weapons ready for a fight and hoping Sakura doesn’t stop every five seconds. We pass a small town with a surprising amount یا ronin samurai that seem to look at Daiki’s crazy sword as we pass by. One samurai walks straight up to Daiki and says. “You western lover, آپ are a disgrace to Japan and its fine swordsmanship.” I’m about to agree before Daiki says “I’m a samurai and I believe I can use whatever sword I want.” “Fine, we will see which sword is the best.” The other samurai says and he draws his sword. His sword is a large one similar to the one from the forest when 2 samurai came in to fight me after killing their comrade. Remember them with one using a large sword and the other one using a short one. The difference between this blade and the other one is that this one is a bit shorter in the blade but with a longer handle. The other samurai grips the hilt with both hands and Daiki pulls out his sword and grips the hilt with one hand, he places the other hand on his hip. Its silent for a while and the اگلے thing I se is the samurai moves his sword to a new stance where the point of the sword in pointing behind him and up a little with the right hand tightly on the hilt اگلے to the hand guard and the left hand is loosely gripping the end of the hilt سے طرف کی just 2 fingers. The samurai moves his right leg آگے and goes for a violent strike to the legs but Daiki just jumps backwards and avoids the blow and he points the end of his sword directly at the samurai’s chest and aims for a stab but the samurai uses the inertia from his last slash to اقدام himself over to the right and dodges the stab. The samurai puts the blade of his sword on Daiki’s side and jumps back to slice his chest as the samurai avoids Daiki’s blade. Daiki doesn’t pay much attention to the wound after all it’s not deep. Daiki focuses on the samurai expecting him to make a اقدام any سیکنڈ now. But no they just stand there, boring. “Come on do something already آپ boring samurai” I say without thinking. The samurai pulls a small چھری out of his pocket and throws it at me. I don’t have time to dodge and it hits me but while the samurai is laughing at his own ability to hit so accurately Daiki comes out of nowhere to stab the samurai in the chest finally killing him. “Oh no your hurt” Sakura says to me. “I am?” I look at my shoulder where the چھری hit with my blood coming out and starting to soak my kimono. “Dang I didn’t even realize it.” I say. “Come on let my bandage آپ up and let’s go.” Sakura says
