I was practicing bycical kicks in my backyard yesterday and i did it but when i ran to get my ball i triped on my driveway and half of the skin on my leg was torn off. It hurt SO badly!

DUHH! theyre so exciting and entertaining!!!!!!!! But actually, i like قوس قزح kicks better.
