An Imperial landing craft was leaving Coruscant. However, no Imperials were inside. It was only two men from the Republic.

Why Nothing Is Wrong With Luke Skywalker:

1. Luke is loyal. Vader betrayed his fellow Jedi and the justice of the Republic for a selfish purpose: to save Padme. He cared little about the lives he ended.
