CSI: NY – Melina Kanakaredes Rumor 

They can't just kick Melina out of the show!
without her CSI:New York wouldn't be the same,
Mac wouldn't be the same!

the only reason I can live with is that Melina wants to quit herself.
although i would really miss her on the show :'(
AND she has to play in another serie xDD

I totally agree with you....CSI:NY would not be CSI:NY without Melina....
And Mac and Stella....they couldn't be without each other....

let's hope it's just a trick to keep us watching

I must be far too late on this club but God almighty. I have not felt so upset, not only with the feeling of being Pearl Harbor-ed but also the longterm upset fallout that MK's sudden departure left within me.

If MK returns to the show, either as a recurring role or even return full-time in the future, then she would become the comeback Girl of my world.

Whichever way though, when it comes to Mac/Stella, as Tigris mentioned earlier, this whole thing, and the longterm fallout this left in me, has made me deeply embittered, even hostile towards further shipping on CSI:NY. It took me over two years to recover from the end of "Gargoyles" and as long as CSI:NY is still running without MK, this will remain a painful wormwood until either the show is cancelled or MK returns.

I have never felt so deeply embittered by a cast change but this was the worst TV news I had endured since learning that Gargoyles and "Where on Earth Is Carmen Sandiego?" went off the air back in early 1997.

As of this writing, I've since switched to "Castle" and "The Chicago Code" and with Richard Castle and Kate Beckett along with Jennifer Beals (As Teresa Colvin) helping to repair the damage this caused in me.
