ارے Guys just here to tell آپ that it's not your fault and آپ can do something about it, I know that it can be hard to speak out and that sometimes there is a large pool of hurt but there is people that آپ can turn to for help.

There is a common misconception that there is nothing that آپ can do... آپ can and don't let anything tell آپ otherwise.

I know what it is like and I know how bad it feels, please, please, please no matter what he/she has done to آپ talk to someone that آپ know well and can trust, becasue if آپ just leave it to bottle up on the insde, because it is not worth the pain and the دل ache that follows.

try to talk to your counciler if آپ have one because they can help آپ throuth it too.
