when the آپ & I movie is coming out??

pleasee can anybody help mee... i really need to know when the movie of t.A.T.u. آپ & I is going to come out to theater یا on dvd.. and if it all ready come out on USA.. Do anybody know when it's going to come to Mexico?? pleasee.. y need answers.
