When I was in school the 'cheap' summer fashion look we all followed was cheap tanks and tees (5-10$), 2 $ Old Navy/Walmart Flip Flops and Soffe's. The trend when I was in highschool was to get the youth XL's so they fit super short and tight. haha...but that was also in the Britney Spears Belly سب, سب سے اوپر days. I think the look itself still stands for a cheap under 50 $ summer outfit though.
