This isn't me trying to be bitchy or whiny or anything, I'm just genuinley baffled. It wasn't cancelled but in the cancelled shows pick it was added, then chosen more than arrested development or firefly. Can anyone explain?

It cant be a mistake, its getting lots of picks. more than moonlight firefly and arrested development.

Yeah, it wasn't cancelled so it doesn't belong there, but it doesn't really matter does it? you can just ignore that one and look at the other results.

I mean somebody mistakenly put it as an option thinking it was actually canceled. And people love Friends apparently so they just pick their favorite show off the list without really thinking about it.

you actually made a pick out of someone adding a mistake which as germany123 said cannot be edited byt the creator of the pick!

I made the pick because as im not a big friends fan, for all I knew they maybe did want to do more seasons and the network said no. I didn't want to have ranted that it wasn't really cancelled only to find out it was. I asked here so if i was wrong someone who liked the show enough to know could correct me.

Its not like the pick is just saying 'thats stupid' or anything, its asking if theres a reason.

I think maybe you should have clarified earlier that you did this pick to check if it was cancelled because people got the wrong impression that you were trying to be rude it seems. I actually thought that till I read your last comment and now i know you were just making sure your facts were right it seems like a perfectly reasonable pick, but earlier I thought you might just be having a go at the friends fan who added it.

Frankly I thought it would be obvious to anyone with half a brain that i was asking for clarification rather than being rude. It isn't like the pick says something like 'wasn't it stupid how friends was added' it is asking if there is an explination. I didn't think anyone who read the quesion properly and saw the option saying 'i consider it cancelled and will tell you why' would be dumb enough to think it was just me insulting friends fans. I assumed it was obvious I was checking my facts.

by the way i have no idea which pick you mean (where the original pick is) a link is always helpful. i guess people might not really read questions thoroughly OR and that might be even more plausible are not native speakers and assume canceled just means "over".
i understand what you are trying to distinguish but i havent seen the pic so its hard to tell if the phrasing of your question made it obvious.
and again if its your pick and you feel one of the options isnt suitable (e.g. the dreaded ALL of the above) you can edit the pick and delete the option

actually it wasn't candrani's question it was mine and since a few people picked friends and i wasn't into the show enough to know for sure it hadn't been cancelled I thought I might as well leave it in. I've tried to add a link for you, but I'm a bit of an internet dope, so sorry if I did it wrong :)

i would agree friends came to a "natural ending" all loose ends were tied up (ross..and rachel..and such) where as veronica mars is a classic example of how a show ends when NOTHING is resolved (grumbles)
but since you are the creator of the question i think you can decide..you can still remove the option the comments will stay.
i think gilmore girls could be argued- fans feel the show didnt get the ending it deserved but they did have a finale and such...(luke and lorelei, rory leaving home)

i would remove the options you feel are not valid and you could make another pick (i am unsure if it would be a repeat..one would have to search) asking which show that ENDED deserves a "reunion" season.

But when they shoot Gilmore Girls finale they didn't know it was the last episode, so it was deff canceled.

oh okay my bad then..it seemed "epic" enough..it was admittedly a "just in case" finale :)

Well, yeah, it ended but in the same way, it was cancelled cause the network execs decided it had been on long enough & saw fit to decide that it should end, thus cancelled so really it's the same thing.
