I prefer good actors, I don't care which country they are from.
I picked American because most of my favourites are, but that's not because other countries produce actors of lower talent, it's because I generally prefer the American style of television, so it's where most of my favourite shows and therefor most of my favourite actors are from. Plus, it's easier to become famous world wide from America than most other countries. I honestly don't think there's any one country that produces better actors though. And a good enough actor can fake accents well enough to believably be from whatever country they need to :)
