The Sims 2 سوال

Which one should I get first?

I was thinking of getting Sims 2 یونیورسٹی and Open for Business, but I just dont know which one to get first!
Tell me which one آپ think I should buy before the other and why. Please and Thank You! :)

PS: I already have Nightlife and Seasons and I'm getting Pets for sure before both of these.

Plus, OFB is an stuff pack. Right? یونیورسٹی is an expansion pack. آپ might want the expansion pack first.
