i think that they play mind games on each other but after that katherine gets tired and takes her clothes off and stefan finally gives in at. i only say this because in the promo stefan looked tired and katherine said "might as well take advantages"

Katherine is Stefans first love, so it wouldnt be crazy if he did.
Plus is would be a nice change to have some actual scandal with Stefan rather than just dream sequences...
