No, I sincerely hope they don't make out. If they do it will a) follow سے طرف کی Stefan shoving her off of him یا b) will be a result of Elena ditching Stefan for Damon, which I really DON'T want to happen. And no, I don't think he still loves her, if he ever did truly love her, although he'll probably still have some feelings for her.
