depends on what translation you get, most of my manga i order in says 'Lockson'. but in other it says "Lockser".

Lockser is the real last name, metions in fairy tail wiki ^.^

i know right! they muck up a lot of names in translation,
like then the misspelled Laxus as Luxus, Zea and i were raging over that for days!
