If I knew how to make it. Personally, I don't think that something being less than three means much.

You make it by holding down the alt key and pressing 3 on the number pad (with num lock on): ♥

It doesn't work for me...

I use both, but I use ♥ alot more.

i use <3 more but i think the ♥ is good for special comments and i try not to over use it.
