TWICE talked about the reason behind their immense popularity.

I Can See Your Voice 4\', TWICE appeared as the featured guest. As soon as the girls entered, the crowd screamed and cheered in joy. The MCs then asked TWICE why they think they\'re gaining so much love. 

TWICE answered, "We try to communicate with our fans a lot. We even go on the broadcast with no makeup and I think fans like that true/real side of us."

So they say it\'s all about visual. No wonder why in JYP Sixteen, all of them say visual is more important than talent...

Do they think they\'re the only group that communicates with their fans a lot and goes on broadcast without any makeup..?

it has nothing to do with not wearing makeup, a lot of idols do that and all idols communicate with their fans so... if that were the case, all idol groups would be beyond popular

Be cause you look sound and dress like children most fans aren\'t grown ass creepy mean that\'s shy

Why are they so popular? its for the same reason as to why SNSD was so popular! having 9 Members.

9muses were popular (once) but after members leaving and joining the group to the point where there is now only 5 Members! their popularity went down hill. Even After school was once popular when they had 9 Members.

They were never half as popular as Twice. Twice have been tailor engineered for success. From the elimination show, international members, bright and sweet girls you could take home to mom. Everything is expertly done with the intention of creating the next SNSD super-group.

Im not knocking Twice! because i do like them! A LOT. Im just saying that due to there being 9 members! that it could result in them being so popular. Like SNSD. IF?? Twice was only a 4 member group? i don\'t think they would be as big as they are now.
