Seeing them together brought back memories I didn’t want to think about. I blinked as thoughts of my sweet Didyme rushed back into my mind. Edward, with one arm still curled protectively around the human girl, flashed his eyes over to my face. His expression,formerly cold, softened for a تقسیم, الگ کریں second, and then flitted back to Aro’s questioning face. Feelings that I’d blocked for centuries crowded my already overworked brain.

“Marcus,” she whispered softly, “you don’t have to leave.” My expression hardened.

“No” I growled “I have been unhappy with Aro’s methods for a long time.” She nodded gravely in agreement, she paused, her jet black چادر, فرغل in her hand, eying the red embroidery.

“What about the people?” She asked, worry colouring her voice.

“What do mean what about the people?” I asked, confused,

“Shh.” She whispered, suddenly in front of me, one slim, elegant finger at my lips, “We’ll worry about that tomorrow.”I looked into her deep burgundy eyes; her honest love for me mirrored my own. I lifted her chin and began to kiss her softly. Suddenly the door swung open, and in slid a short dark figure in a ebony cloak.

“Aro will be very disappointed in آپ Marcus.” Jane کہا in her sickly sweet voice.
