Even though it is named for Esme,we never saw them on Isle Esme,so therefore I think it is Edward&Bella's special place.

Definitely. He brought her the island. She built the house. They obviously would have spent some time together (which I would have loved to have seen) there so I think it's their special place.

It was Carlisle and Esme's special place before it was loaned to Edward and Bella as a honeymoon location. Even though we never see them at the island, I'm sure they have had loads of special moments there. Maybe they honeymooned there too?
