how do آپ send direct meassages, and how do آپ talk to people ? , im confused, help asap please :D

I'm sure آپ already found that out if آپ گیا کیا پوسٹ it 5 months ago, but i'll answer anyway.
a) to send DMs, آپ have to click the Direct Messages thing that would be under "home" and "@[yourusername]". you'll find out when آپ get there.
b) talking to ppl... well i wonder if it's not what people do simply following each other and answering to each other's tweets, یا sending each other's DMs.
that's probably how it goes.
but i'm sure that آپ already know that.
