01. Pilot:
♦ Originally Jensen Ackles was cast as Sam Winchester. When Jared Padalecki auditioned they did a bit of recasting and decided to make use of Ackles' natural charm in a different role. Producers called Ackles and asked if he'd rather be their "Han Solo" Dean Winchester. He accepted and Padalecki was offered Sam.
