Young Justice Article: Fear and Love

Kay. This is in Devin's POV so I hope آپ enjoy.

I've heard a lot of things when I've traveled as a guardian angel. But there are two things I've heard that I will never forget in all my angelic life. The first is “Morta de paura.” Italian. This first one scares me to death. Not just because of the meaning, but because of who کہا it. Morta de paura means “death سے طرف کی fear” and Teague is the one who told me it. Angels and demons have had their wars and hatred, but things had always been different for me. It seemed that, despite my angel lineage, I attracted demons rather than repelled them. I've been surrounded سے طرف کی demons before. That was when I had become a Fallen Angel. And those demons had caused me مزید pain than anything. That had started my fear of the nasty minions of the devil. Teague and his constant kidnappings had made it eternally worse. Now I wasn't just scared of demons. No I was scared to death of demons. And it had started when the devil's highest minion became obsessed with me. I have no idea how anything could be so obsessed with me. I'm really not that special. But if I had the choice, I wouldn't send this curse on anyone else. I'd rather be scared to death of demons than watch someone be.
Which brings me to the سیکنڈ thing I will never forget. I love you. I'm sure آپ can guess who told me that. For those who can't, I'll be honest. Fang. Which has made me extremely happy. But part of me feels like I'm taking advantage of him. Because he's always there to save me when Teague pulls a scheme. Others would see that as a good sign. I don't know what to see it as. I love Fang, everyone knows that. So I guess it's just weird to have someone come after me when it's always been just me. I know I'll never forget it, those words. It's the words that hit آپ in some secret place in your heart, resounding forever. The words that will surprise but enchant you. Words that not a single person soon forgets. I know that half of the world isn't as lucky as I am. So having those words in دل and hearing them مزید and more, it brings a very rare feeling into you. Like finding سونا یا silver. That's how rare these words seem to be. And I not only feel blessed, but also hopeful. Because no matter what happens, I now have one person to depend on when things go wrong. I have one person I can cherish forever and trust in all situations. Fang, I love you.
