Fanpop blocked the IP address at home... again? :/

Ever since I registered here, I've been going off in cafes to access fanpop since the IP at ہوم was blocked due to 'previous abuse' (or something like that stated on the log in page). That is, until I sent dave a message pleading him to unblock the IP address at ہوم & explaining why he should do so on early May this year. He stated the reason as to why it was blocked & that he was willing to consider unblocking the IP at ہوم if I were never to never do anything malicious again. He unblocked it the دن after so after that, I've been enjoying fanpoppin' at ہوم everyday. That is, until Monday this week. The منٹ I logged in that day, the IP was blocked again. As far as I know, I didn't do anything wrong & considering that this account is still up & running, they didn't suspend me. I sent dave a message regarding this troublesome case but he didn't reply back. Would someone care to give an explanation on this? I'm in a cafe right now & I don't want to be fanpoppin' here again since it costs me most of my daily allowance. :/
