(This is my first article, so don't be too hard on me, alright?)
Alright, Zanhar1 گیا کیا پوسٹ a link a while پہلے with an مضمون سے طرف کی a Twilight پرستار stating reasons why she thought Twilight was better than Harry Potter. Well, I saw several flaws in her reasoning (not that hard), and I decided to write an مضمون about things that I thought were wrong about what she was saying. I’ll put a quote from her article, followed سے طرف کی my argument.

“Also, Twilight is MUCH مزید creative, I mean, Stephenie Meyer created a new kind of Vampire, instead of just using a stereotypical, Dracula type Vampire.”
And JKR created a new array of creatures, thousands of different spells, new WORDS for crying out loud! Not to mention the entire Wizarding World lifestyle. And characters with DEPTH.

“Plus, they’re MAJORLY hot instead of being creepy.”
What these Twilight شائقین need to get into their heads is that MUSCLE ISN’T EVERYTHING. آپ could be the hottest man in the world, but آپ wouldn’t be the least bit hot to me if آپ weren’t intelligent, and Harry Potter teaches that. Characters being hot isn’t a lesson. Try again.

“Stephenie Meyer is actually creative while JK Rowling has no original ideas at all.”
See above.

“Twilight is just so sweet and romantic, a fabuous, timeless tale that will likely be around forever”
NEWSFLASH: Twilight is already fading. مزید and مزید people are seeing how terrible Twilight is, and going back to be Harry Potter fans.

"Also, Harry Potter teaches you:

It’s ok to drop out of school and go hunt a crazy, murderous maniac سے طرف کی yourself, and not even go with an adult یا anything."
Vs what? Ditching school to get it on with your boyfriend? Plus, Bella did basically the same thing in Twilight with James (I used to be a major Twilight fan).

"Death is no big deal, and happens all the time."
Is she saying that death DOESN'T happen all the time? The fact that Harry Potter teaches آپ that lesson is a GOOD thing! Are we supposed to teach kids that آپ aren’t supposed to die, and that immortality is best, like Twilight does? Teaching kids (and some adults, for that matter) to accept death as a natural thing is a good thing to do.

“It’s okay to escape from jail.”
*Facepalm*

“Don’t trust your government. In fact, just go ahead and reject them completely!”
Yeah, because the Volturi were SO NICE.

“It’s okay to break the rules.”
Name ONE TIME when the message in Harry Potter was: ‘it’s okay to break the rules’. Harry does break the rules, but almost all of the time he gets caught and punished for it.

“It’s okay to shout at and be rude to teachers and other authority figures.”
Vs being a کتیا, کتيا to your friends.

“And seriously, the کتابیں are also all depressing. Lots of good characters die, which isn’t cool.”
Hate to break it to آپ kid, but PEOPLE DIE IN WAR. Unlike in Twilight, where everything is all happy and sparkly, Harry Potter deals with REAL WORLD situations.

“Also, it’s just so ridiculous, I mean, Magic is impossible.”
AGH! SO IS BECOMING A VAMPIRE! I don’t even need to explain this!

“Robert Pattison, can آپ say HOT? And he’s totally sexy when he sparkles!”
No explanation needed.

“The Volturi. REALISTIC Villains, instead of insane freaks in cloaks, like Voldemort and the Death Eaters”
*dies of laughter* The Volturi ARE insane freaks in cloaks. Is this a joke?

“Robert Pattison as Cedric Diggory. The ONE thing the producers got right! Don’t even try to deny آپ don’t rewind just to watch his scenes again!”
I deny it. Actually, Robert Pattinson was okay in HP. Not the best, but not NEARLY as bad as he was in Twilight.

“Lucius Malfoy. Hot, even for an older guy!”
Now THAT, I agree with.

Alright, that concludes my arguments. I just needed to rant SOMEWHERE یا else I’d explode. :D
This is an answer to a سوال گیا کیا پوسٹ سے طرف کی coolbek. If آپ read it, please feel free to provide constructive criticism. However, please don't post hateful تبصرے without backing up your opinion - it just makes آپ look foolish.

These are my reasons as to why people like Harry Potter مزید than Edward Cullen:

1. Harry has flaws - anger, sometimes arrogance and a few more. These flaws make Harry a character with depth, and also a character that we can relate to. Nobody can be perfect in the real world – our flaws are what make us human. The saying “Perfection…is apt to be dull” explains...

Many Twilighters love to say how "Edward and Bella love each other sooooo much!" I'm afraid I have to disagree on this point. Their relationship is pure lust, not love.

Here is my reasoning.

How do Bella and Edward decide they are in love? Well, Bella moves in to Forks. Her first دن of High School there, she looks across the cafeteria, and she sees a totally gorgeous guy! He catches her attention immediately and she decides right then and there that he is the only man in the town who is good enough for her, despite the fact that she has never spoken to him once in her life. She swats off the...

Chapter 1 part 2
The flight took five hours. It was the longest journey Bella had ever traveled and she was happy enough to have both feet on steady ground again. She walked to the luggage بیلٹ, پٹی and grabbed her luggage, succeeding to pull a few other valises with it. Bella’s face turned red and she put her own luggage on the floor and put the valises that weren’t hers back on the belt. Then she lifted her suitcases again and walked outside.
Outside two people were standing with a huge placard saying ‘Welcome home, Bella’ One of them was waving heavily at her and wanted to run into her...

Chapter 1 part 1
It was 8.30 am. A 17 سال old girl lay asleep in her bed, a naughty smile on her face. She was obviously dreaming. She put her arms around her تکیا like she was embracing it. She could dream on forever. But unfortunately…
“Isabella Swan, if آپ wish to be on that plane in time, آپ better get your pretty پچھواڑے, گدا out of your بستر right now!” a female voice shouted from downstairs.
Bella groaned and with her head half underneath the sheets she touched for the alarm clock. She opened her eyes a little a checked the hour. The knowledge she gained, made her eyes almost fall out...

I found this when I randomly looked up "Twihard"

Twihard-
Stupid obsessive people (mostly teenage girls) who are "in love with fictional characters and wouldn't know a good book if it punched them in the face."

Twihard: "OMG!! Isn't Edward Cullen like so hot??? I'm gonna marry him!!!"

Awesome person who isn't insane: "Dude, he's not real."

Twihard: "How could آپ say that?! I'm in love with him!!"

HARRY POTTER PWNS TWILIGHT!!!!!

I would like to start سے طرف کی quoting Susanna Laitala, who wrote a review of Breaking Dawn for a Finnish newspaper: "... سے طرف کی Stephenie Meyer, who, in my opinion, is a very talented writer." I disagree: I do not think Meyer could write even a decent children's book, with a plot culminating in a giraffe finding his lost scarf. She would probably decide that the giraffe is suddenly carnivore who has green stripes instead of brown spots - she has already done so to the beloved villains of literature, vampires. Meyer's vampires are in fact 'vegetarian': they drink only animal blood. In addition, they...

1.A lot of trees have been sacrificed for Twishit
2.It's deathly boring
3.Sparkling vampires?Really?
4.Edward is a pedophile and a stalker. To every girl who thinks Edward's the perfect boyfriend: a guy who watches آپ when آپ sleep,is not romantic, but creepy.
5.There are a lot of plotholes
6.Bella has as much personality as the spoon I'm looking at right now.
7.Quotations like 'liquid topaz eyes' (since when are eyes liquid???)and 'it's an optional choice'(Where does Smeyer live, because it's obvious they don't have a dictionary there)
8.Bella is the stereotype of the woman before feminism. She's completely...

Warning: This is quite long.

Before I begin, I would like to say that this is my personal opinion along with evidence to support my opinion. آپ are free to disagree with me, but please, no hating. Also, please do not accuse me of not reading the books. I have read each of the novels in the Twilight "Saga", from Twilight to Breaking Dawn. I have also read all of the Harry Potter کتابیں (numerous times), from Philosophers Stone to Deathly Hallows.

It annoys me enormously, hearing people say that Twilight is better than Harry Potter. I personally believe that Harry Potter overshadows Twilight in...
