I sometimes do. I figured that Sara would've had a trial at least, or that Tony would arrest his father; I'm happy that they don't have to pay for it, but sometimes I'm just going, "Come on!!! They HAD to be arrested!" (esp. at Mother's Day)

^ Mmm.. it doesn't really frustrate me per se, but I do wonder why they don't at least make it more realistic in that aspect. Although we've seen Tony & McGee go to jail (well their mug shots at least), and Gibbs didn't want her Joann to be arrested so he purposefully messed up his arrest so she wouldn't.
