He pretty much is ever since Finn and Jake found those ویڈیوز in that one Christmas episode last year. And the crown he wears is the reason why he's still alive.

He used to be a human but now he isnt, why? Because there is no human can live for 1000 years. Furthermore, he is kinda possessed سے طرف کی the crown now, acting weird, obsessed with princess and marriage so he isnt a human anymore
