"Ares, one of us has to go and hunt, یا we'll all starve! آپ can't make me stand here forever." کہا Nabara. "I know... I just don't want them finding us. I'll go, I failed to see the plan to drive us out. If I get caught, I deserve it." Ares said. "Ares, whatever آپ say یا do, i'm with you. I'm coming with you, and there's nothing آپ can do یا say to stop me." Claudette told him. Ares sighed.

After leaving to go hunt, they both found a spot about ten منٹ away from their little camp they made. It was a inside the border that was once Ares's territory, so they had to be extra careful. "Ares? I found a گلہری, جائے وقوع over there! Let me go get it." کہا Claudette. Ares watched, and then turned away as he smelled something himself. "Hmm...." he mumbled. When the smell drifted away, he decided it was pointless. But as he turned back around, he saw a بھیڑیا standing there, with two humans, onw of which had his foot pressing really hard on Claudette's muzzle so she couldn't talk. The other human was getting ready to get some sort of weapon out to obviously hurt یا worse, kill her.

"Ahh, آپ see, Ares? آپ cannot run away from me." کہا Malin. "No! Let go of her! Erragh!" He grunted as he pushed all his strength into leaping at the human holding Claudette down, but instead, was knocked backwards سے طرف کی Malin. "Agh! Uh... Don't hurt her... take me, kill me, not Claudette. She hasn't done anything to you. Leave her alone." Ares demanded.

"Never, this will be your suffering... watching your loved one be tortured." Malin said, and as he swished his tail and two مزید men came out of the trees and held Ares down. "No!" He screamed as they wrapped a snare wire around Claudette's neck, attached it to a thick درخت branch, and left her there, hopeless and choking. "No! No! Please! Let her go! This isn't fair to her! I... i'm sorry, Claudette... this is my faul- AHH!" Ares cut off as one of the men stabbed a needle of something in his neck. "Uh... What was that?" He asked Malin. "It was a liquid that makes آپ very stiff and tired, and آپ can't get up and do anything. Eventually you'll fall asleep." کہا Malin. "No... Claudette, please listen to me... if I would've just kept آپ at camp..." he panted. She looked at Ares, terrified and half passed out. "Don't worry, we are only knocking her out as well, even thought it may seem لیموں, چونے we are trying to choke her. She is just suffering while she passes out, and it takes longer." کہا Malin.

"I... can't... feel..." is all Ares managed to say before he fell asleep.

When Ares woke up, Claudette was staring into his eyes, pleading for him to wake up. "Thank god! Your awake!" She said. "Agh..... where's Malin?" Ares asked. She shrugged. A man walked over to them, but he seemed younger than the rest. "Looking for me?" He asked Ares. "Hey what the? آپ speak... wolf?" Ares asked. "Yes, Ares. I am, after all, Malin." کہا the human. "What? How...?" Asked Claudette. Malin laughed. "Ahh, آپ see, I am a shape-shifter. But I am mostly a wolf." کہا Malin. "And, as آپ would want to know, we will all agree to آپ having a proper exile, as آپ havn't had one, because آپ ran away before we could properly exile you. Lets start. Ares, Claudette, for your improper ruling and judgement, آپ will be exiled. If آپ are seen, anyone has the right to kill آپ on sight. Now get out!" Yelled Malin.

Ares and Claudette left, back to the camp.
