If aang and katara have kids, would they be a waterbender یا a air bender?

I think if the kids were male then they would be an air bender. Female would be a water bender. So like they could repopulate air benders. But I want to hear your opinion.

It's canon. He's going to be teaching Korra to airbend in Legend of Korra.

Despite that, I don't think that the gender of the child would matter. I think it's in the genetics and it would be completely سے طرف کی chance of which bending ability their child would inherit.

it is actually just سے طرف کی chance, not genetics. 2 waterbenders could have a kid and that kid could یا could not waterbend. everything else is right though

who's to say it's not genetics? Two waterbenders can have genes that don't carry bending abilities just as easily as they could ones that do. If آپ دکھائیں me canon evidence, I'll believe you. If not, that's just your opinion which is no مزید valid than my own.

I think it is genetics, but I doubt gender has anything to so with it. :/

And yes, in the Legend of Korra, their son Tenzin is an airbender that teaches Korra airbending.
