co-captain cuz you have to have a 12th grade captain at least

well im a UK cheerleader. we don't have school squads and we don't cheer for basketball or football teams. itrs quite different rli lol. but we travel like entering comps n that. i was captain in my old squad but then we moved so i had to move to a different squad. i love it tho. cheerleading is my life and alot of people in this country don't appreciate how kool it is and don't realise how much hard work it takes. but ye captain can b any age rli i was the youngest on my old team but i'd bin there the longest and everyone listened to me n had respect for me so therefore its only right that i was captain isnt it. would love to hear from other cheerleaders in the UK on here. xxxxxxxx

lol srry but i am californian girl. cant say i am from the UK but cheering is alot of hard work. its not all "rah rah rah" it takes energy and determination. alot of people dont give it enough credit. i mean some girls have to take ancing and gymnastics just to get in touch with their body so they can become cheerleaders! but it sux tht u cant cheer for a football team or anything :(

Im good, but we don't have a captin, at the begining the coach choses a few girls to teach the new cheers and stunts to the new cheerleaders. I'm hoping to be one next year! wish me luck, I think I might get to since I'll be second oldest
