What do آپ think was Light's biggest mistake?

Trying to take on L!!! lol I'm an L person, but I love the whole Manga.

Light's biggest mistake? He's not a God. I agree with him: the world could be better without evil people, but killing all them is the wrongest way to get peace!

His biggest mistake was over thinking the problem. But thats to vague. He couldn't think out side the box and in this case the box is the Death Note. That is why he lost. Why use the death note to kill Near? A group of armed gun men would of worked far better and far less trouble. He knew where Near was going to be and at what time yet he still chose to use the Death Note even though he knew Near was focusing on the Death Note. He could of easily killed all his team members with the scrapes he had on the way to the meeting and the gun men after. It didn't even have to be gun men, it could be a bomb, anything. He failed to consider the obvious, the Death Note is not always the safest way to kill people. In fact trying to use the Death Note on Near was a plain stupid move. The death note would of been destroyed as Near had it (not that he knew that) but the other one his team had would be محفوظ and in his possession afterwards.

Hmmm. Light's biggest mistake. Well, how about picking up the death note in the first place? LoL, but seriously... I think it would have to be either killing L (awww, :() یا becoming too cocky and slipping up. Mello and Near were just too smart for him. I realize this isn't the best answer, but I haven't read the manga in a while. My apologies.

Having to much faith in Mikami Teru, and never سیکنڈ guessing himself.
If Mikami would've listened to Light and not made any moves until the دن at Yellow Box, Near would not of found the real note and Light would have suceeded.

Hm, i also havent finished the manga, but from the عملی حکمت i'd say his biggest mistake was probably his 1st one: falling for L childish teasing (with the tv presenter decoy) and letting L know not only his location but also that he couldnt kill without knowing the person's real name. Leaving Light's mistakes aside, IMO, the main thing that really sabotaged him was Misa.

Raye never suspected that light was Kira he was going to اقدام on. If he had simply waited for him to اقدام on L would have never suspected that light was Kira. No cameras no wires no meeting him in person no confinement he would have never been suspected.

Lights biggest mistake was at the very beginning when he found out that the police figured that Kira was a student and changed his pattern immediately he should have waited until the end of the school سال to change so that the police and L would look at recently graduated students یا if he graduated at the end of that سال then he should have kept the pattern going instead he became to arrogant and that's why he lost (I have always been in team Kira)

Light's biggest mistake was not thinking of the possibility that Near knew there was a سیکنڈ notebook. What he should've done is bring the fake notebook and have mikame bring کہا fake notebook and write everyone's name including Light. The only name that would be missing would be aizawa. Before this all occurred Light would have ripped a piece of paper out of his watch and he would have دیا it to Misa. He would then text her a picture of all of their names and he tell her to kill all of them and if she does this Light would marry her. Thus killing all of the police force and Near. (Sorry if it was a little bit messy یا inconsistent I just wanted to get my thoughts out there)

Trusting Ryuk was definitely Light's biggest mistake.
