What is the true translation to What's up People (second opening theme)?

I googled it, and I can't seem to figure out which one's the actual one, anyone actually know what the crap they're saying?

There's not really any "true translation". I've seen multiple, and this seems to be the best one, judging سے طرف کی the others. English words are in quotations. I wouldn't be surprised if آپ can't hear them, when I first heard it, I had no idea it has the word "fuck" in it. In English. But it's horribly pronounced, so it's not that amazing.
