Removing your own account is a pretty new feature, many people may not be aware of it yet.
If آپ go to Edit Profile and scroll all the way down, you'll find:
If you'd like to remove your account, click here.
Now what does this mean?
If آپ خارج your account, آپ must know that:
Your contributions will not be deleted.
All your images, links, comments, فورم posts, دیوار posts, جوابات remain on fanpop, اگلے to your username.
If آپ click on that نام کا صارف however, آپ will be redirected to the fanpop main page.
The spots آپ created are not affected. If آپ create a spot, آپ always create it for everyone, it's not like you're the queen of this spot.
You are the queen of the spot when آپ have a red medal on کہا spot (just kiddin ;])
For future spot icon/banner changes on your spot the F4 can be messaged.
What I کہا also makes very clear, that
(a) آپ can not make a new account with the name of a deleted account since the name actually remains on fanpop- just the پروفائل of it is gone.
(b)there's probably a chance to get your deleted account back if آپ made a mistake.
I think the powerful F4 could do it for آپ ;)
Just like they unban users from time to time.

Tip No. 2 in action!
So we, as users, take a lot from Fanpop every day. We watch videos, we take quiz's, share awesome links, etc. We all have gained something from Fanpop, whether it be a funny video, یا a cool new website. So I was thinking that perhaps maybe once a month, if even that, a mass majority (as many users we can get) would all add one thing. Whether it be a video, a quiz, a soapbox, یا even just a link, we would all be giving back. I was thinking that it could be the first of every month. Maybe even a time could be assigned to that date, which would allow other users to get to know each other and thread the community together. Perhaps at Four PM EST, we would all add something to Fanpop. I know many of آپ add items everyday but this would let less-contributing users thoughts be heard. These users could become hooked on Fanpop and then that's +1 مزید dedicated fan. I don't know if this would take off, but if it does, it could be great. Please just leave a comment.
