What would آپ think if someone else wrote sequels to Harry Potter یا Twilight?

I would defenatly read them if J.K Rowling authorized them, but I would never enjoy them as much knowing that that was not the official event, that might not have been what really happened. Plus Jo's writnig is too unique to be copied.

No, not even if JKR herself wrote it. I love HP very much, but to explain why I say this, let me borrow the words f Bill Watterson:
"When آپ overcommercialize something, eventually, the public gets slightly bored with the series, and, eventually, forgets it altogether."
I couldn't have کہا it better. HP is a great book, but if we keep making coffee mugs, "wands," and book sequels some people are going to get bored with it.
Twilight haters, recall when آپ discovered SM was writing the Twilight کتابیں from Edward's POV. One HP پرستار said: "Why rewrite it? It's terrible already." So, if the sequels were to come out, a HP hater might respond: "Why write more? It's terrible enough already."
Note: Not all شائقین will act like this, but a few will.
So, altogether, I don't think any مزید sequels should be written, for either book, especially if it is سے طرف کی the same author.

Cheap way to get money and fame. So no way. I would even have disrespect for someone trying to rip off Stephanie Meyer. If آپ create a piece of work its yours. That is mostly why I despise remakes. I go to some, but they 99.9% of the time fail. Same with کتابیں it wouldnt feel the same.

If an HP پرستار did it right, then HP fanfiction could actually be pulled off. Honestly, I think anyone could write better than Meyer, just saying...Don't mean to be offensive...

i would totally read something about twilight سے طرف کی someone else. I totally encourage peoples ideas and not shoot them down because they r not the authors ideas. People have other great ideas and i would love to read them.

It depends. The Wizard of Oz series has over forty کتابیں and was written سے طرف کی twenty-seven different authors. Those کتابیں are amazing and they're, in no way, commercialized. Well, I guess آپ could make a case for Wicked, but that's beside the point.

If the کتابیں were about Harry یا the trio, یا the new generation, no. Harry has come full دائرے, حلقہ and I don't think آپ can develop his character anymore. The same goes for the Trio. Besides, any plot that is tried is just going to seem like a watered down version of Harry Potter. Even if JK wrote کتابیں about Harry and the trio یا their kids, I don't think I'd read them.

But if it was a story about the Marauder era, یا the founders then it might be really, really cool. A lot of JKs شائقین came away with different interpretations of her characters than she intended (*cough*Dracoand Severus*cough). Seeing those crucial characters from a پرستار would be interesting.

یا even do a story about Dumbledore and his life (and what he was doing during those seven books).
