Well Hugh partially naked was kinda implied since he's in the shower at the beginning of the previews for Painless. But that doesn't make me any less excited. :-) And even if (for some reason) Cameron IS a temporary DOM, she won't be permanent. I like Cameron, but she can't handle that position.

I hope House's apartment floods (it does show a massive leak) and he moves in with Cuddy for a couple of days. :-) But I don't think the writers will be that generous.
