While Liam and Nelson winced at the woman gripping their wrists, it became clearer that there were four guards with spears at the entrance of the palace. Two guards on the left wore black boots and two guards on the right wore dark brown boots. They all wore dark blue coats with white فر, سمور and had red scars on their faces.
“Guards, please allow these children to enter,” the person in the middle of Liam and Nelson demanded.
The guard with black boots gave Liam a mean glance. “Is this the boy who چرا لیا, چوری کی the blizzard samurai’s ice supplies?” he asked.
“Yes,” the woman sighed. “I brought him to the palace because the blizzard samurai needed me to bring the child to him as soon as possible.”
The guards uncrossed their spears so the palace’s entrance could be entered. The blizzard samurai was seen on a tall تخت made from ice.
“Why does everyone from this weird realm stare into my soul every time I see them?” Liam whispered.
Nelson looked around the palace with a nervous look. “I hope they stop doing that when I find proof that آپ didn’t steal the ice supplies from Blizzard Weapons,” he stammered.
“Is this the boy that چرا لیا, چوری کی my precious ice supplies?” the blizzard samurai boomed so loudly that Liam and Nelson jumped.
“Yes, sir,” his servant responded.
“And who is this other person he’s got with him?”
“I assume he’s a supporter, sir,”
“Guards, protect the children while Elin and I discuss what punishment we shall give to them,” the blizzard samurai commanded so loudly that Liam and Nelson jumped. The blizzard samurai and his servant walked to a door that read “SERVANTS ONLY” in bold red letters and went inside.
Liam looked at the entrance nervously. Something was wrong. “Nelson, I don’t see the guards,” he muttered. “Where are they?”
“If the guards aren’t there, then they can’t watch us. Run!” Nelson tugged on Liam’s sleeve.
“Wait, what if we get caught?” Liam asked. He spotted a door opposite to the one the blizzard samurai entered and its sign read “FAMILY MEMBERS ONLY” in the same font as the “SERVANTS ONLY” sign. The kid looked at the door and wondered if whatever was inside its room gave any clues about the blizzard samurai’s son.
“Liam, we’ll be too fast for anyone to see us. Hey, should we open that door to see if there are any hints who the blizzard samurai’s son is?” Nelson suggested as he pointed to the door that only family members of the blizzard samurai could enter.
Liam looked at Nelson uneasily. “I guess it won’t be too bad if the guards aren’t there. But then why didn’t the blizzard samurai notice that his guards were gone?” he said.
“We’ll find that out later. Come on, this could be our only chance of solving the mystery!” Nelson exclaimed. He ran to the door along with Liam and pushed it to see what was inside. When the two walked inside the room, Nelson found a framed picture on the floor of someone very familiar.
