I can't forget... my ex

Sweetie, I'm in the same boat. But alittle opposite to you, My ex left me because he was moving to a different part of England soo he had no other choice but to leave me. Even though i really don't like my ex, i can't forget about him either and i do think about him alot. Anyway, if آپ still have strong feelings for him then i think آپ should give it a shot with asking him out, do what your gut tells آپ to, and about the forgetting part that's quite hard at first, there's nothing i can think of, but from experience i've learned that time heals everything and trust me it does but i still think about my ex alot, i'm just not as bad as i was a سال پہلے when he left me and i felt like my world had come to an end.
