A rep from the publisher, Vintage Pop, tells TMZ they FedEx'd seven boxes of "Never Can Say Goodbye" to the ہوم of a Jackson family friend in Gary ... and they were supposed to end up for sale at the new MJ monument. It's pretty shocking ... Joe Jackson is blaming the inaction of his wife, Katherine, for Michael Jackson's demise ... allegedly because Katherine didn't want to penetrate MJ's zone of privacy.
Joe sat down with News of the World to explain his theory, that he was concerned that Michael was "looking kinda funny and and frail" and asked Katherine to see Michael to "keep him cheered up." But Joe says Katherine refused because she didn't want to invade his privacy.
Joe says he and Katherine argued about it before Michael's death, but Katherine was firm.
Joe says after Michael died, he کہا to Katherine, "I کہا this would have never happened if آپ had went and been with him."
Joe -- who was intentionally cut out of Michael's will -- is fighting to get an allowance from the estate. And get this -- we're told Katherine has been giving Joe money and going along with his efforts to earn a living off MJ.

The moonwalk is a dance technique that presents the illusion of the dancer being pulled backwards while attempting to walk forward. While I was in Social Studies class today, this thought about learning about Michael's موسیقی and life came into my head. I think it would be so cool if we got to learn about Michael in Social Studies class (or History, whatever آپ would like to call it...) I really think we should learn about Michael because he was a موسیقی legend, he changed the way we listen to music, and he had an amazing life. I also think that if teenagers would learn about Michael's awesome dancing and music, Michael can become مقبول once again and The King Of Pop will live on. Let Me Know What آپ Think! ;)
Michael Jackson's estate is asking a judge to do what Katherine Jackson can't -- kick Alejandra Jackson and her kids out of the Hayvenhurst estate for good.
TMZ has obtained legal docs in which the estate is asking the judge to remove Alejandra, Jaafar, Jermajesty, Genevieve, Donte and Randy Jr. from the estate ... on grounds they're not beneficiaries of Michael Jackson's will and have no claim to the property.
