One of them has been taken into custody, while the other three were killed. Two of them were presumably pushed off a roof. Their remains have been taken off the street-

Mr. Costanza: I've seen a couple of pictures of Harlan working at the Alameda Docks. Let's try to kill him, and maybe the other two will be too depressed to think straight. Then we'll make them rejoin our life of crime.
Boss: That should be easy. He'll be too busy driving trains to avoid bullets.
