It was monday morning. I woke up to the sound of birds chirrping out of my open window.
"Mom? Dad?" I yelled slightly as I walked out of my room onto the cold hardwood flooring of the hallway. No response. I realized it was a work دن and gave out a little sigh. I was alone. Again. I walked into the kitchen, made myself some scrambled eggs and gulped them down. Somewhere inbetween all of the preparing and eating, I decided I would go kayaking in the private lake we had in the backyard. My grandparents were filthy rich and when they passed away, they left most of their fortune to my mother. I mean don't get me wrong, my parents aren't like Bill Gates, but we definatly have مزید money than we need. I got my bikini on and a light blue dress that went down to my mid-thigh. I pulled my hair up into a messy bun, put some shades over my eyes, grabbed a book, my phone and some chips and put them in a huge tote that I had. I ran out of the door and went to my backyard. The water sparkled in the sunlight as the occassional pale white بادل passed in the bright sky.
I set the کیاک in the water, letting it float as I put my tote inside. I grabbed the paddle and sat down. I moved slowly but surely into the middle of the lake, eventually stopping and letting the water take me wherever as I grabbed my book and comfortably read.
I was totally enveloped into 'To Kill a Mockingbird' as my phone beeped and buzzed loudly. I checked the text. "Where are you?" the text read. It was from Prince. "At home. Why?" I sent back.
"Elle!" Jaafar literally sang as he walked around the house into view.
"Jaafar?" I asked loudly as I put my book down and started to paddle back.
"She's back here guys!" He yelled looking back. Prince, Paris, Blanket and Jermajesty ran over.
"Sweet! آپ have a lake behind your house?!" Jermajesty asked looking around.
"Yeah. Why are آپ guys here?" I asked pulling the کیاک out of the water.
"Just surprising you." Paris کہا coming over and hugging me.
"We missed آپ too much!" Blanket tackled me.
Prince still didn't say a word, but his deep stare and long kiss کہا it all.
"Ok guys. I know آپ missed each other, but wait until were at least not looking." Jaafar کہا pulling us apart.
"Hows Jessica, Jay?" I asked teasing him.
"Well, I don't know. Maybe آپ guys noticed but she's really not that interesting. She's an air head." He replied.
"No really?" I sarcastically said, sitting down on the freshly mowed grass.
"What have آپ been doing all this time?" Paris asked sitting down اگلے to me grabbing the chips out of my bag.
"Just reading in the lake."

We all just layed there, staring at the clouds, talking, laughing, snacking, and sipping on our lemonades.
"Elle?" My mother's voice called from the house.
"Out here!" I yelled.

"Let's go swimming!" I کہا jumping up as soon as the idea came to me. I ran to the dock and took my shoes off. Everyone followed me, excpet for Prince.
"But we don't have swimsuits." He said.
"And your point is?" I replyed.
"Our clothes will get wet." He کہا in an it's-obvious tone.
"Well no shit sherlock! آپ can't let all these small things get in the way of having fun!" I کہا jokingly, kissing him on the cheek to make sure he knew I wasn't actually telling him off.
"But-" I ran and jumped in the lake before he could finish the sentance.
"Oh what the hell." He کہا as he jumped in after me.
Soon enough everyone was in the water, splashing and having fun until my mom informed us رات کے کھانے, شام کا کھانا was ready. She made us eat outside to not track any mud in the house, even though we really didn't mind. We all ate the سپتیٹی, اسپگیٹی watching the sunset.
"Hello?" Paris answered a call. "Yeah. Can I? Really? Thanks! Yeah. Alright. Ok. Yes we did. Mhm. Ok. Love you! Bye!" Paris hung up. "A car is coming to pick آپ guys up, and Elle? is it alright if we have a sleepover here?" She asked.
"Yeah sure!" I کہا taking everyones plates and bringing them inside of the house to get rinsed off. The boys got picked up while Paris and I gladly got ready for the rest of the night.
