آپ gotta do EVERYTHING. Answer answers,make picks,comment on picks,post pictures add لنکس ect,,, and آپ gotta rate things, تبصرہ things, پسندیدہ things.
What happend with me is i did a bucnh of stuff on 2 spots i foucused on only 2. then i logged out and didnt come back for a couple months, when i logged back on i had gotton the medals. Im not sure if loggin of caused it but i have also heard that from other people too so it might work
also if آپ make a spot that becomes really مقبول and آپ add to it a little bit آپ can get a medal... for example i started the kris allen spot, i did work at the beginning آپ know added a couple pictures,picks,ect and after it hit 500 شائقین is around when i got a medal. hope this helps, good luck:)
