How exactly do آپ get سہارا on here?

Hmm..usually people سہارا آپ when they become a پرستار of you, but you've asked on here so the best way to earn سہارا here is because of answers. For example, answering a riddle might make آپ earn 2 یا مزید سہارا (depends on who is asking).
If آپ mean in general, it's because of weird دیوار chains (?) like "Squeze!!! you've been hugged blablabla..." یا because they feel like giving it یا because they want to chat with you.
On a very few times, is that people سہارا آپ for your contributions (which was for what سہارا were actually made for..)
